Is-sinjal għal LELÀ (VJOLA ĊAR) għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal VJOLA. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ U bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. Is-swaba’ tal-U jagħmlu linja kkurvata taħt l-għajn. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal ĊAR. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ mifrudin u bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-id tibda bid-driegħ wieqaf mill-minkeb u timxi minn quddiem fil-għoli lura fil-ġenb tar-ras.
The sign for LILAC has two parts. (i) First the sign for VIOLET is made. One hand takes the shape of U with palm facing inwards. The U fingers draw a curved line under the eye. (ii) Then the sign for LIGHT (colours) is made. One hand takes the shape of 5 with fingers apart and with palm facing outwards. The hand moves backwards at a high level to the side of the head with the arm upright from the elbow.
